House rules
1 – Guest Presentation
The hotel reserves the right to refuse guests whose attire is inappropriate or untidy, as well as guests displaying noisy, improper, intoxicated behavior, or any conduct contrary to public order and good morals.
Any person wishing to stay at the hotel must provide proof of identity as well as the identity of any accompanying persons.
2 – Reception Hours
The reception desk is open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
In case of late arrival, guests must inform the reception by phone. A night attendant will welcome them.
3 – Check-in / Check-out
Rooms are available from 3:00 p.m.
A valid ID and a credit card authorization will be required from all room occupants.
Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Any departure after this time will result in the charge of an additional night.
If the guest wishes to extend their stay for an additional night, payment must be made before 11:00 a.m., subject to availability.
Once check-out is completed and the key returned, access to the previously occupied room will no longer be permitted.
Rooms are intended for a specific number of guests. For safety reasons, accommodating additional persons is strictly prohibited.
Guests must ensure that their room door is properly closed when leaving the room or going to bed, as well as the entrance doors when using them.
In case of very early departure, guests must leave their key with the night attendant and settle their bill the day before departure.
4 – Key Management
The room key must be kept by the guest throughout the entire stay and allows free access to the room.
It must not be handed over to a third party.
The key must be returned on the day of departure before 11:00 a.m.
Failure to return the key will result in a charge of €75, which will be debited from the credit card provided at the time of booking.
In case of loss, replacement costs will be charged according to the current rate.
5 – Housekeeping
Rooms are cleaned daily between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Please use the door sign to inform staff if housekeeping service is not required.
For stays of several days, the room must be vacated before 11:00 a.m. for housekeeping to be carried out.
6 – Prohibitions
For safety reasons and out of respect for all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel.
In accordance with Decree No. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006, smoking in the hotel may result in an additional charge of €50 per day and/or legal action.
Any unnecessary activation of the fire alarm due to non-compliance with this rule will be charged €150 to cover the cost of resetting the fire safety system.
Cooking and doing laundry in the rooms are strictly prohibited.
Storing food in the rooms is not permitted.
The use of gas appliances, portable stoves, or similar equipment in the rooms is forbidden.
Bicycles and other means of transportation are not allowed in the rooms. A designated storage area is available.
Visitors are not permitted within the hotel premises.
7 – Damage and Disturbances
Guests are requested to respect the premises and the room furnishings.
In the event of damage, guests will be held financially responsible.
This also applies to missing items such as towels, bath mats, pillows, duvets, soaps, etc.
Out of respect for other guests, please avoid slamming doors and making excessive noise, particularly between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
Any noise disturbance caused by a guest may result in the hotel requesting the guest to leave the premises without prior acoustic measurements, should the noise be deemed to disturb other guests’ peace and comfort.
A hotel room is a place of rest. Any form of commercial activity is strictly prohibited.
Smoking in the room will result in a charge of €50 per day.
If the room is left in an excessively dirty condition, a cleaning fee of €50 will be charged.
Any other damage to the room or common areas may be charged to the guest.
8 – Liability
Children are under the full responsibility of their parents. They must not be left unattended in the room. Any minor must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Any damage or disturbance caused intentionally or unintentionally will be charged to the person who made the reservation.
Running, riding (roller skates, scooters, bicycles, etc.), or shouting is prohibited within the hotel at all times.
Failure to comply with the house rules, safety and hygiene regulations, or any damage or negligence causing direct or indirect harm to property, people, or services will result in liability and corresponding charges.
Guests are responsible for their own physical condition. The hotel declines all liability for consequences related to the use of its facilities. Guests with health conditions (circulatory, cardiac, respiratory issues, allergies, asthma, etc.) or pregnant guests are requested to inform the hotel in advance.
The hotel accepts no responsibility for physical injuries (falls, burns, including those caused by wearing jewelry) or for material damage, loss, or deterioration of personal belongings such as jewelry, cameras, mobile phones, etc.
9 – Respect for the Premises – Hygiene and Safety Rules
Decent, respectful, and discreet behavior is required to maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the premises.
The introduction of glass objects, consumption of alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, and smoking are strictly prohibited.
Storing food in the rooms is not permitted. Guests may ask the reception to store food in the refrigerator.
Any breach of hygiene and safety rules may result in immediate eviction without prior notice.
10 – Pets
Pets are allowed in the hotel (a supplement may apply).
11 – Data Protection and Internet Use
In accordance with French Law No. 78-17 on Data Protection, guests are informed that their reservation is subject to computerized personal data processing.
Guests have the right to access and rectify their personal data by contacting the hotel’s registered office:

These data are not shared with third parties.
The Hôtel de La Couronne provides Wi-Fi internet access. Users agree not to use the network for the unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public communication of copyrighted works (texts, images, photographs, music, audiovisual works, software, video games, etc.) without the permission of the rights holders.
Guests must provide the following information: first and last name, room number, telephone number, email address, and duration of stay of the Wi-Fi user.
In case of non-compliance, user details may be transmitted to the relevant authorities.
For the safety of persons and property, the hotel is under video surveillance with recording.
Images may only be disclosed in cases provided for by law.
12 – Reception
The reception declines all responsibility for luggage or items left in public areas.
These house rules apply to all guests and all reservations.
Any stay implies full acceptance of the hotel’s house rules.
In the event of non-compliance with any of these rules, the hotel reserves the right to require the guest to leave the premises without any compensation.
