Terms and conditions of sale

Any reservation implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale of our establishment.
Prices are indicated in euros and include VAT. In addition to the room rate, supplementary services may be charged, such as breakfast, parking, or bar consumption, as well as the tourist tax. Payment is due upon departure, directly at the reception desk.

For any reservation, in order to guarantee it, we require a credit card number and its expiry date.

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and check-out from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
For any late arrival, please contact us by phone during the day to inform us.

The free cancellation period is up to 7 days before the arrival date. After this period, the total amount of the stay will be charged. In case of no-show, the full amount of the stay will also be charged.

For any reservation of 5 rooms or more, the free cancellation period is up to 15 days before the arrival date. After this period, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

For groups benefiting from group rates, a deposit of 30% will be required 2 months before the arrival date to confirm the reservation. The balance will be paid upon the group’s departure.
